NonAlcWines.com.au has Australia’s largest range of quality Australian and imported nonalcoholic and de-alcoholised wines, beers, cordials and fruit juices and we are committed to providing high quality service and products.

General Terms
A valid Order = 12 bottles in total. You may select 1 bottle of different types to get to the total of 12 bottles.

The shopping cart will add the bottles selected. Once your order, delivery and payment is made we will pack and send your order within 2 -3 days.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or do not like the particular product ordered. We will however, replace or refund the purchase price if the product is defective or not as ordered.

If you believe the product is defective please contact us as soon as possible, or, if not as ordered within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery
Delivery is either by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on your delivery address.

Our standard delivery charge is $15.00 per box which is calculated and displayed at the checkout, however freight costs may vary to remote areas. If additional freight is charged, you are required to pay the extra cost, which we will debit to your Credit Card prior to delivery, or we will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

We do not insure our products during transport as breakage is very rare. If you require insurance please contact us directly and we will provide a quote.

Orders may be collected from our premises by prior arrangement.

Privacy
NonAlcWines.com.au is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your personal information with any other parties unless required by relevant legislation to do so. We also do not
retain any personal credit or banking details.

Unavailable Stock
If a product is ordered that is out of stock, we may supply the closest alternative so that the order can be completed. If no alternative is available, a credit may be processed.
