PATRITTI WINES were established by Giovanni Patritti in 1926, and remains 100% family owned.

The vineyard is located in McLaren Vale, an area of Adelaide in South Australia and is the only fully-functioning winery within the metropolitan region.
 
Patritti Wines produce an extensive range of non-alcoholic wines that are exceptionally popular overseas and the high demand for these products generates numerous export contracts.
 
They have also been producing a range of fine, de-alcoholised wines since 1995 that contain less than 0.5% alcohol. The de-alcoholised wines were developed and produced in response to the growth in demand for non-alcoholic beverages from our export markets.

The de-alcoholised wines are produced by a unique, multi-stage de-alcoholisation process. The basis of the process involves the initial extraction of the wine's colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine's alcohol. The original colours and flavours are finally re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine.
