Erdinger is a non-alcoholic wheat beer that is a first rate thirst quencher with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. It is mineral rich free of chemical additives, contains all B-group vitamins especially folic acid(B9), cobalamin (B12), niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6) and riboflavin (B2) and offers high levels of potassium, magnesium, phosphorous and contains numerous trace elements. Sugars are easily digestible and slow absorbing dextrins.
With only half the calories of apple juice, it is free of fat and cholesterol, low in protein and contains all important amino acids. With no chemical additives, it is brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 – using just water, malt, hops and yeast.
