Barimba Dark Red Sparkling

Barimba Dark Red  is a delightful full flavoured sparkling wine made from a blend of grapes grown in South Eastern Australia and contains less than .5% v/v alcohol, which is a level similar to that found in natural fruit juices.  One of our most popular selections, Barimba Dark Red is a sparkling wine has no added sugar.

The de-alcoholisation process for Barimba wines is produced by a unique, multi-stage process that involves the initial extraction of both the wine's colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine's alcohol.  Only once the alcohol is extracted is the original colours and flavours re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine.

Steak, grills, roast beef and italian pasta dishes
