Delivery will be made by either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. In the event that a product is ordered that is out of stock then the closest alternative will be included so that the order can be completed. A Credit may be processed if there is no suitable alternative available.

Goods are not insured for breakage, however it is rare that a breakage occurs.

Orders may be collected from our Cellar by prior arrangement.

Freight costs may be adjusted if delivery is required to remote areas. For example, if Australia Post charges us $28 to send a box then we will require the You to pay for the cost incurred. Our base rate is $15 per box which is calculated at the checkout. The difference would need to be sent to us prior to delivery. If Payment for the Order is being made by Credit Card then we will Debit for for extra costs incurred.
