In March 1999 non-alcoholic biological wine and sparkling wine was introduced. These are often noted as Organic Wines. In Spring 2005 a medium-dry rose sparkling wine labeled Lady Blue was introduced. Grapes are sourced from the south of France.

Early 2007, two organic rose wines were added, giving a total of 13 products in the Weinkonig range.

Traditional methods are used to produce premium quality wines. The process of removing the aged wine to below .05% alcohol content keeps the flavours intact. Please refer to the diagram. Have a look at the other pages on how Alcohol is removed. Click on site-map and follow the link.

Romance en blanc

This white, outmost fruity organic wine is an excellent blend of white grapes from Bordeaux (half and half

Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon. The fresh, delicately tangy and fruity dry wine is suitable as aperitif, accompanying sweets and poultry.

Blend of Bordeaux region grapes: 40 percent Merlot and each 30percent Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This rich bouquet wine develops fine aromas of black currant and delicate herbs. This dry red wine is suitable for fish with red wine sauce, light poultry and veal dishes.

Romance en rouge

Bacchus aus Baden

Bacchus, a new German white grape breeding, is a crossbreed of Silvaner, Riesling and Müller-Thurgau grape sorts. The smell is rather restrained, but in the mouth it develops strong currant flavour. This dry organic wine, according to its low sourness is very digestible It is recommended as companion of heavy appetizer, vegetarian and fish dishes.

Pearl Blanc

This dry organic sparkling wine consist of exactly the same grapes as white wine "Romance en blanc”.

This sparkling wine presents itself fresh, with fine sparkles and delicate flavour of fruity apples. It is ideal as an aperitif, as a companion of appetizer and summer dishes.

Weissgold

A blend of carefully selected German Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau grapes. This semi-dry, tangy fresh wine has less sourness and a lot of fruit taste. It is refreshing aperitif wine and companion of exotic dishes.

Riesling

This dry, genuine Riesling from Rheinhessen presents itself with its typical mineral and a bit steely flavour. Due to its sourness, it presents itself strong and elegant also without alcohol. It suits wonderful seafood and fish, Sushi and Sashimi.

Rotes Gold

The wines for this blend are coming from Rousillon and Bordeaux regions. This elegant red wine develops handsome currant flavour and can also be used as an alternative to grape juice. It is less sweet (semi-dry), and is an excellent thirst quencher which fits to all vegetarian dishes.

This semi dry sparkling wine is a blend of each 45 percent Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner and becomes its final structure by adding 10percent Riesling, which makes it very similar to its relatives containing alcohol.

Full of fruit flavour and freshness, with distinguished sparkles, is an excellent aperitif for drivers, pilots and captains!
